Tope Saavedra is a dedicated businessman and basketball community builder who founded TBL in 2018 with a vision to give players a structured, competitive environment to showcase their skills. What started as a local league quickly grew into a thriving basketball community featuring hundreds of players and dozens of teams over the years.
Through strong leadership and a commitment to quality league operations, TBL became known for its organized play, competitive balance, and commitment to keeping the game alive for athletes beyond their traditional playing years.

Francis San Diego is an entrepreneur and league operator who co-founded FAOCBL (Fil-Am Orange County Basketball League), helping build one of the most structured and culturally connected adult basketball communities in the region.
In August 2025, Francis expanded his vision by launching B.A.L.L. — Basketball Association Legacy League, a modern basketball league focused on combining high-level competition with professional-level presentation, technology, and player experience. Under his leadership, B.A.L.L. integrates digital stats, highlight coverage, organized league systems, and a strong community culture that values both competition and legacy.
